2002 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012

2/6/02A single keystroke can be used to automatically insert Activity Codes when manually entering or editing Production Sheets. The available Short-Cut Keys are F2 through F6. To assign codes to these keys, select File > Settings > System > Short-Cut Keys and follow the instructions.
3/8/02When setting up or editing a Work Center, there is an additional tab named Valid Types of Work. On this tab, the Types of work that can be performed in the Work Center are listed and selected. This list is used for two purposes. (1) During Production Sheet Entry it prevents entering data on a Production Sheet for an Activity that cannot be performed in the selected Work Center. (2)During Touch Screen entry, the only Types of Work that are displayed on the buttons are those that are valid for the selected Work Center. There is also an additional tab when editing the Type of Work table named Valid Work Centers. It provides the same functionality.
5/30/02The Daily Production Summary Report was changed to include grid lines and shaded columns to improve readability.
5/31/02If a stop time of an Activity on a Production Sheet is changed due to a conflict with punch times imported from a Time & Attendance system, a "*" is shown next to the time on the Detailed Production Sheet Report.
6/5/02Added the ability to select a system maintained Print Sequence or External Line file on User-Defined Reports. Using a system maintained Print Sequence automatically includes a new Work Center or Associate on User-Defined Report. Using and External Line File includes a new Type of Work or Activity on a User-Defined Report. Both features are selected by adding or editing a report and selecting Options from the menu.
6/7/02Improved the ease of editing Activity Detail reports with a large number of lines. A scrollable list box is displayed with each line's description. From this list box, the user can add a new line or edit an existing line.
6/17/02Added a new File menu option titled Create Desktop Shortcut. By double clicking the shortcut that is created, the ProRep system that was loaded when the shortcut was created is displayed. This is useful when the ProRep database is on a network and the ProRep is installed on a local C: drive.
6/19/02

Added 2 new System Maintained Graphs are automatically updated when new Activities are added:

- Graph 909, Percent of Total Hours by Activity and Type of Work
- Graph 910, Cost per Unit by Activity and Type of Work
6/24/02Line Graphs can now display data for up to 3 years as one continuous line.
7/2/02When selecting to view Daily Production, Time Series and Activity Detail Reports, Bookmarks are now included in the PDF document files that are created. When the report is displayed in the ProRep PDF viewer, users can immediately jump to a specific section of the report by clicking on the appropriate Bookmark.
8/5/02Added Cost Per Unit reports to the available Single Activity Reports.
8/5/02Added Cost Per Unit reports and Quality reports to the available Single Type of Work Reports.
8/5/02Can now compare 2 date ranges on Activity Detail Reports and Account Comparison One-Line Reports. For example, a report can list the totals for the week compared to the month-to-date.
8/8/02Added the ability to restrict Operator level users from editing the Associate table. If this case only Administrator level users can edit the associate table. Controlled by an INI file setting. Contact Spalding Software for instructions.
8/8/02

Users can now create buttons that are displayed on Touch Screen data entry for lunches and breaks with a specified elapsed time. For example, to add buttons that insert a 15 minute break and a 45 minute lunch, using Notepad edit the DDPRINI. --# (# = system number) located in the ProRep data folder and add/edit the Punches section to read as follows:

[Punches]
NumPunches=2
Punch1=$BR15
Punch2=$LR45
8/16/02Added the Associate code to the production sheet listing screen.
9/30/02Added Access and Excel 2000 and XP to the available export file types.
10/4/02

Added a time-out feature on Production Sheet Entry and on the main ProRep Calendar. This feature is used to automatically log a user out of ProRep after a long period of inactivity. To add a 60 minute Time-out, using Notepad edit the DDPRINI.--# (# = system number) located in the ProRep data folder and add the following setting to the ProRep section:

[ProRep]
ScreenTimeOut=60
10/14/02Added check boxes to the Print Daily reports dialog that allows selecting whether to print the Associate Code and/or Associate Name. At least one of thesemust be selected.
10/21/02Improved the speed with which Account Comparison One-Line reports print when there are a large number of accounts.
11/4/02When a report or printing to the Spalding PDF Printer, ProRep no longer prompts for a filename. It automatically creates a temporary file in the users Temp folder. If desired, the user can save the file to a specific name and folder from the ProRep PDF Viewer.
12/11/02Production Sheet Import file has 2 new features. The WorkCenter code can be a "*" to force ProRep substitute the associate's home work center. Also the elapsed time can be a "*", to indicate that it is an elapsed time, with no time. This is useful for importing units without a time.
12/11/02On the Production Sheet Entry screen, a "*" can be entered into the Elapsed time field, to indicate that it is an elapsed time, with no time. This is useful for entering units without a time.
12/19/02Elements can be deleted and their data merged into another Element. This allows an entry to be removed from the Element table when it is an alternate spelling of another Element. For example, "Cartons" and "Crtns."
12/20/02Administrator can now edit Activities if the table is open by Data Entry level users.
1/6/03The Production Sheet import file can have extra fields at the end of each record. Blank records/lines are skipped. This makes it easier to import production sheet data from Excel and other spreadsheets.
2/5/03

On the Daily Production Detail Report, the list of information being sent to the Work Center DataDiary is no longer automatically printed. To include this list on the report, using Notepad edit the DDPRINI.--# (# = system number) located in the ProRep data folder and add the following setting to the Printing section:

[Printing]
PrintDDInfo=True
2/6/03

Access to reports and windows that contain Cost information can be restricted based on user level. Restricted users cannot:

- View Reports with Cost in the title
- View Datafields with Cost in the description
- View Graphs with Cost in the title

By default, all user levels can view cost reports. To restrict access to specified user levels, using Notepad edit the DDINI.--# (# = ProRep system number) located in the ProRep data folder and add the following setting to a new or existing Cost section:

[Cost]
ViewCost=AODV

The above ViewCost setting will enable the following user levels to access to cost information:

A = Administrators
O = Operators
D = Data Entry
V = Viewers

To restrict Data Entry users, remove the "D" from the ViewCost Setting (ViewCost=AOV). Administrators can always view and print cost information, even if not included in the setting.

02/12/03Associate Performance Reports can now also be printed for a selected single Activity or Type of Work.
02/12/03When viewing an associate's Production Sheet, the date/time and number of the user that entered or last edited the line is displayed.
2/20/03When entering or editing Production Sheets, pressing is the same as clicking the Cancel/Close button and is the same as Save button.
2/20/03Now when importing/uploading production data from a WMS, Pick-to-Light system, etc., the stop times can also be in 12 hour AM/PM format instead of 24 hour format. Put the placeholder character "P" at the character position in the picture string where the A or P occurs in the records to be imported.
3/18/03When importing/uploading production data, an Element's quantity can be incremented by one when there is a change in a specified field. For example, when batch picking, three customers order the same SKU. Three records are created for the picks from the same location. The number of pick locations can be determined by counting the number of changes in the From Location field.
3/27/03The number of Years in a DataDiary and the disk space used by a DataDiary can be reduced. To delete a year and recover it's disk space, make sure that the correct Active DataDiary is selected, then select Tables > Active DataDiary > Fiscal Calendar > Years. In the displayed dialog box, click the Delete button.
4/2/03The number of Allocated Datafields in a DataDiary and the disk space used by a DataDiary can be reduced. To reduce the number of Allocated Datafields, select File > Maintenance > Allocate number of Datafields. In the displayed dialog box, change the number of Allocated Datafields.
4/4/03The number of Work Center, Associate and Allocation Accounts in a DataDiary and the disk space used by a DataDiary can be reduced. To reduce the number Accounts, select File > Maintenance > Allocate number of Accounts. In the displayed dialog box, change the number of Allocated Accounts.
4/7/03In addition to comparing This Year to Last Year on Activity Detail Reports and Account Comparison Reports, they can now compare the current period of time to the previous period of time. Examples are this week to last week, this month to last month and this quarter to last quarter. This selection is made on the Advanced tab of the Report Layout screen.
4/28/03

When exporting the Production Sheet data to a file such as Access or Excel, two additional fields are now included in the file:

- Stop Time of the activity
- Source of the data such as manual entry, T&A or upload
4/29/03When using the Touch Screen option for entering production data, the inclusion of which Activities are displayed is now controlled by a setting in the Activity table. By default all Activities are displayed. To prevent an Activity from being displayed, Select Tables > Activities and edit the Activity. On the General Tab, uncheck the Show on Touch Screen Interface setting.
4/29/03

When using the Touch Screen option for entering production data, the selection of which built-in punches like Break, Pause, etc. are shown can be controlled. By default all of the generic punches are displayed. To control the display of the built-in punches, using Notepad edit the DDPRINI.--# (# = system number) located in the ProRep data folder and add/edit the Punches section. Setting an entry in the Punches section to False prevents the punch from being displayed.

[Punches]
Pause=True/False
Pause-Clear=True/False
Clock-Out=True/False
Off-Clock-Return=True/False
Break-Return=True/False
Lunch-Return=True/False

If there are any user-defined punches like $BGR15 or $LR15, the built in Break Return and Lunch Return are never displayed, even if their display is set to True.

5/7/03In addition to the current Gain Sharing style incentive system, the Incentive Module now supports a Bonus Per Hour incentive system. Basically, the Gain Sharing approach specifies the percent of the monetary value of an associate's performance over goal that is given to the associate with the remaining percent retained by the company. The Bonus Per Hour approach specifies how much more an associate is paid per actual measured hour at increased percent performances above the goal.
5/21/03When an Operational Data Exchange (ODE) file from another ProRep system is imported, the Accounts and Datafields that are in the current ODE file are compared to those that were in the ODE file used when the ODE Import Layout was last edited. If there are differences, the import process is aborted and a report of the discrepancies are listed on a report. To resolve this problem, the ODE Import Layout must be edited and the appropriate mappings changed.
5/22/03

On all reports that show Quality information the Percent Accuracy is shown in place of the Quality Index.

Percent Accuracy = ((Audited Units - Failed Units) / Audited Units) * 100
6/5/03Added many new system maintained reports and graphs that show Quality results.
7/9/03When posting a day's Production Sheets, in addition to displaying the approval status of each Work Center's production sheets it also lists the User ID of who approved them and when they were approved.
7/11/03An Upper and Lower limit on the quantity entered for an Activity's Elements can now be specified. To enter limits, select Tables > Activities. Edit the Activity and on the Elements tab enter the Upper and Lower limits.
7/17/03In addition to zipping and optionally FTP to Spalding the ProRep database files, users can now Zip and optionally FTP any file to which the user has access.
8/10/03

A "Time of Use Standard" can be used to enter (or import) a different standard each time the same activity is entered. To enable the use of this feature, using Notepad edit the DDPRINI.--# (# = system number) located in the ProRep database folder and add the following setting to the ProRep section:

[ProRep]
TimeOfUseElements=True

To set up a Time of Use Standard, select Tables > Elements and add a new Element. On the general tab, select that during entry and importing, the number entered for the element is a standard.Then select Tables < Activities, edit or add an activity and click the Element tab. Add the Time of Use Standard Element to the Activity’s elements. Highlight, the Element to which the Time of Use Standard is to be applied and check the box titled "Standard for this element will be entered into element: xxxx".

8/14/03

Added Command Line Importing and Exporting. By adding switches to the command line for PROREP32.EXE, you can instruct ProRep to Import a Production Sheet file, Import Lookup Table info, Export Validation Tables, Export Daily Production Sheet data examples:

/IMPORTDAY 09-25-2003 C:\UPLOAD.DAT (use dashes in the date)
/IMPORTLOOKUP C:\LOOKUP.DAT (filenames need to be fully qualified)
/EXPORTTABLES MDB4 C:\PRFILES\ (file type is DataExport types)
/EXPORTDAY 09-25-2003 MDB4 C:\PRFILES\ (use dashes in the date)

The ProRep command line:

[drive:path\]ProRep32.exe n [data folder drive:path][/switches]

Command line example:

T:\programs\ProRep32.exe 1 S:\shared\Prdata /IMPORTLOOKUP C:\LOOKUP.DAT
9/23/03The list of Account Comparison and Activity Detail reports now includes a separate list of private reports on a tab named "My Reports". Any user that has the rights to print or view reports can create a private report or edit a system maintained report and store it in the My Reports list. Only this user has access to the their private reports.

The private reports are stored in "User#" folders under the ProRep database folder. The Administrators and Operators can copy reports from and to their Private reports list to the Public reports list. Other users can only copy from Public to Private.

10/21/03To the PDF version of the Daily Detailed Production Report, Bookmarks are now included for each Associate.
10/21/03To the Daily Detailed Production Report, added an option to print each associate on a separate page. When viewing the report as a PDF, it makes it easier to step through the associates.
10/31/03Added an ENDDAY Audit to the Daily Production Reports to show all Associates that have over x.xx hours of ENDDAY time between their last job and the clock-out imported from a Time and Attendance system.
11/18/03Previously, an Activity’s units were always included in the total units produced for the Type of Work to which it belongs. This is now user specified by selecting Tables > Activities, adding or editing an Activity, clicking the Calculations tab and checking or un-checking the setting.
11/18/03Previously, an Activity’s units were always included in Quality calculations for the Type of Work to which it belongs. This is now user specified by selecting Tables > Activities, adding or editing an Activity, clicking the Calculations tab and checking or un-checking the setting.
11/20/03

When posting a day, the production sheet data can be automatically exported to Access, dBase. Delimited, Excel, etc. This is useful when other systems use the job completion data from ProRep to update their databases. To enable the use of this feature, using Notepad edit the DDPRINI.--# (# = system number) located in the ProRep database folder and add the following settings to the Printing section:

[Printing]
ExportDayFolder=x:\foldername
ExportDayType=DBF (or other DataImport/Export File Type)

For example:

DBF = dBase
MDB4 = Access version 4
XLS6 = Excel 2000, XP
CSV = Comma Delimited

If the file type selected is Excel (XLS6) and the day that is posted is October 28, 2003, the file that is created is named:

20031028.xls
4/2/04When viewing a Pie Chart and the number of years to be displayed is set to 2 or more years, a Bar Chart is displayed instead of a Pie Chart.
4/13/04Increased the number of columns allowed on user-defined reports from 30 to 255.
6/1/04A new optional module called the Performance Policy Administration module is now available. It is used to automatically enforce and administer minimum levels of performance and quality accuracy that associates must meet based on their length of employment. Each week, ProRep compares the performance and accuracy of the associates to the multi-step rules and remedies defined by the user. It prints personalized notifications and warning letters for the offending associates automatically through Microsoft Word.
7/1/04All forms of real-time production entry have been consolidated and redesigned. Formerly, there was a program designed for bar code and keyboard entry and another program designed for touch screen and mouse entry. Now, the interface looks like a touch screen. But, it allows any form of entry on any of the screens.

For example, the associate code could be acquired from a proximity reader, the work center indicated by touching (or mouse clicking) the work center’s button on the screen, the activity scanned with a bar code reader and the quantities produced entered through the keyboard.

This new form of real-time entry is accessed by highlighting the appropriate active day on the calendar and selecting Data > Real-Time Production Entry > Shared Workstation.

7/1/04

Badge numbers in addition to the ProRep associate code can now be used for real-time production entry. To enable the use of this feature, using Notepad edit the DDPRINI.--# (# = system number) located in the ProRep database folder and add the following settings to the TouchScreen section:

[TouchScreen]
BadgeNum=A1 (simultaneously accepts the ProRep associate code or Badge 1)
7/1/04A new Group entry feature has been added as an alternative method for real-time production entry. This method is useful in work environments where a group of associates are operating a machine or working on an assembly line and all are considered to be working on the same team activity. Also, the makeup of the group usually remains stable from job to job.

Associates log into the group as they join it and also as they leave it. When a job is completed the activity code and units are entered once for the group by the group "leader". ProRep adds a line to each group member’s production sheet with the activity data. The associates remain on the group. This avoids having each group member enter a transaction.

This new form of real-time entry is accessed by highlighting the appropriate active day on the calendar and selecting Data > Real-Time Production Entry > Dedicated to a Group.

8/3/04When showing or displaying the list of users logged into ProRep, it also displays the date of the production sheet file that the user has open, if any.
8/17/04

ProRep command line switches can be used to upload production transactions or apply time & attendance punches.

/UPLOADDAY 09-25-2003 (use dashes in the date)
/APPLYTA 09-25-2003 (use dashes in the date)

The ProRep command line:

[drive:path\]ProRep32.exe n [data folder drive:path] [/switches]

Command line example:

T:\programs\ProRep32.exe 1 S:\shared\Prdata /APPLYTA 09-25-2003
8/19/04

Dates in the following ProRep command line switches can now be replaced with a positive or negative number indicating the date relative to today’s date.

/IMPORTDAY 09-25-2003 C:\UPLOAD.DAT (specific date)
/UPLOADDAY -1 (yesterday)
/APPLYTA +0 (today, -0 is also today)
/EXPORTDAY -2 MDB4 C:\PRFILES\ (2 days ago)
8/19/04

A ProRep command line switch can be used to import associate data from a delimited file into the associate table. The file must meet the specifications of the Associate Import File Layout.

/IMPORTASSOC path:file

Command line example:

T:\progs\ProRep32.exe 1 S:\shared\Prdata /IMPORTASSOC Q:/HR/NewEmp.csv
8/20/04

On the real-time production entry screens (touch screens), when a keyboard is displayed, the keys can be in either the QWERTY or ABCD layout. To enable the use of this feature, using Notepad edit the DDPRINI.--# (# = system number) located in the ProRep database folder and add the following settings to the TouchScreen section:

[TouchScreen]
AlphaEntry=QWERTY
- or -
AlphaEntry=ABCD
12/22/04Single activity reports can now include additional columns for each of the activity’s elements. To include columns for all of the elements, select Reports > Single Activity and check the box labeled’ "Show all Elements’ units on report".
2/9/05The One Line style of Account Comparison Reports that prints one summary line for each work center, associate, allocation of account grouping can include/exclude each line based on upper and lower limits specified by the user. For example, a report that lists each associate’s performance can be set to include only associates with a performance below 80% that have worked a minimum of 32 hours.

To specify the upper and lower limits in a column for including the line on the report, edit the report layout and highlight the column, then select Column > Edit > Other tab and enter the limits.

8/8/05 The Quality features have been significantly expanded. In addition to tracking the results of quality audits, ProRep now supports mistakes and failures discovered by customers or downstream operations that perform a 100% check.
12/9/05 There is now a setting in the Associate Tables that keeps the associate from coming out on the Hours Audit Report if they don't have any hours.
1/17/06 Can sort the Associates by their code instead of their name for listing on reports. To enable the use of this feature, using Notepad edit the DDPRINI.--# (# = system number) located in the ProRep database folder and add the following setting to the ProRep section:
[ProRep]
SortEmpsbyCode=True
2/7/06 Daily Production Sheet Reports now show Off-Clock activities like lunch with "()" around the Actual Hours. Lines entered as Elapsed Time show the Actual Hours with a trailing "-". Lines entered as sharing the same Stop Time show a "+" in the stop time field.
8/1/06

Added new features to the External Data Interface module’s import scripts:

Conditional matching in Match strings. If the first character(s) of the Match Strings are <, <=, >, >= then the indicated test is performed on the records in the transaction file instead of simply looking for a match in the records.

IF and GOTO transfer of control to different lines or sections in the import script.

The above two features are very helpful when testing for ranges of values in a transaction file. For example, when a pick is from aisles 12 through 45, the transaction is a "Pick from Shelf". This can now be performed in a few statements rather than one test for each aisle.

Can continue processing lines in the script after finding a match. This allows a single record in a transaction file to be imported more than once. For example, once for the Start Time and again for the Stop Time.

Supports remapping of Element Picture String characters. For example the characters 1,2,3,4,5 can be used to represent the element numbers 85,125,17,246,45. The remapping is unique to each Picture String line in the import script. This is very helpful when there are more than 20 Elements.

For instructions on the use of these features, contact Spalding Software for the current Production Import Script documentation.

10/10/06 XYZ Standard Travel Time Calculation Module is now available.

The XYZ Travel Time Calculation Module determines accurate standard travel times based on the optimum travel path and actual equipment used. The result is more accurate measurement of associate performance in operations where travel is highly variable and a significant portion of the work day.

The XYZ module calculates the standard times of each horizontal and vertical movement by using a map of the facility and tables that specify vehicle speeds and characteristics. To perform the actual daily calculations, ProRep imports the individual transactions from a file(s) provided by WMS, pick-to-light, voice picking and other systems

10/26/06 The ability to output "non-production" lines, such as @CLOCKIN, @LUNCH, etc. when Exporting the Production Sheets for a Day.
11/9/06 3 New Report Line files that list the Activities’ codes rather than primary unit of measure for inclusion on Activity Detail Reports:
8 - Activities and Type of Work Totals (with code)
9 - Activities with Element Units (with code)
10 - Activities with Element Units and Type of Work Totals (with code)
12/12/06 Added the ability to control the lines widths used for plotting variables on line graphs.
12/14/06 Can optionally print Bar Charts of Performances on the Daily Production Sheet Reports. The associates can be shown in either alphabetical or performance order.
02/15/07 When printing Daily Production Sheet Reports, a Time and Attendance Audit Report can optionally be printed. It lists associates with production records and no data was imported for them from the file provided by Time and Attendance system.
3/8/07Added /SCRIPT command line switch to allow a file containing other command line functions.
3/20/07Added a file DDEditLog.--x that logs the Edits that are done to Tables.
6/6/07Added Goal, Average and a Lower Limit lines on the Bar Charts on the Daily Production Reports.
7/17/07Extended the External Data Interface Module to include Quality data.
8/7/07Added the ability to Export Production Data to "ProRep Production Import Format". This creates a file that can be modified and re-imported into ProRep.

Added the ability to Export Quality Data. Including to "ProRep Quality Import Format". This creates a file that can be modified and re-imported into ProRep.

9/4/07Now allows in Time and Attendance import to optionally provide Allocation Codes on Break and EndDay transactions.
12/3/07Now have a new way of editing INI files - File|Settings|INI Files menu option.
12/12/07Added FX statement to External Data Interface Module Import script. This calls the DataExport DXLaunchEngine() routine with the mask or EDF file that is on the line.

In DataExport/DLL, added the ability to re-order columns when using CSV input files and EDF files. When defining the COLUMN statement put a number in the startpos% field. This is the field number in the input file. 1=first field, 2=second field, etc. Make sure to define the column statements in the order they need to come out in the output file, but include the original field number in the second parameter (startpos%).  This is very useful for working with CSV files coming from WMS systems.

12/13/07Now can have variable path names in External Data Interface Module Import scripts.  Use the FP line to define one, or use %PRDATA% or %PRPROG% for the Data folder or the Program folder.
1/3/08In the XYZ module, added the ability to put the Total Distance traveled to an element along with the total time.
3/4/08Added Print Queues/Jobs to the Report Printing object.
5/15/08Added /BACKUPFULL and /BACKUPTABLES to command line processing.
Must supply a filename, or it will prompt for one.
6/17/08Added a setting on the Type of Work table that determines if it is shown on Touch Screen.
8/4/08Now if cannot find the Associate Code in the Day's Transaction Staging file, it looks for a match on Badges.
10/27/08Overtime Exception Report as part of Daily Production Reports. Default is not to print. Setting is on the Audit tab of Print Daily Reports.
12/5/08Version 4.6 released for download from website.
1/6/09Changed Help System to use PDF file and viewer.
5/22/09 Team Summary Reports are now available during the Printing of the Daily Production Reports.
7/22/09In the Performance Policy Administration Module, when an associate clears a performance or quality violation, user define Clearing Letters are printed.
8/7/09A daily log file is now maintained that lists all important processes that occur to a day's files. A new entry is made in the log each time a day is Created, Deleted, Uploaded, T&A Applied, Converted, Un-Converted or Re-Dated.  The log contains the process type, date, time, machine name, ProRep user or indication that it was done from a command line (automation).
8/20/09As a network security feature, full browsing when opening and saving files can be restricted and reduced to a simple restricted folder and file picker. Full browsing allows files to be renamed, deleted and copied. To restrict full browsing, un-check the AllowFullBrowsing setting in either the application INI file or the ProRep system INI file. The ProRep system INI file has precedence. ProRep Administrators always have full browsing capabilities.
9/16/09 Added ability to "INCLUDE,filename" to the Data Collection scripts. If instruction appears, then the file named on the line will be loaded as part of the script. This would be helpful to have instructions that are common to all systems to be always included in the script, or to have the paths included into a generic script.
9/21/09Now allow multiple Administrators and Operators to login to system. However, when either attempts to perform a "privileged" function, the software attempts to obtain a privilege handle. If not able to, it informs the user of the ID of the other user currently doing a privilege function and either does not allow function, or allows user to continue but in a "read only" manner. Home Depot.
12/10/09 Can now rotate the orientation of the "map" of the warehouse in the Show XYZ Locations Chart. It remembers the last orientation chosen when returning to the screen.

Now have two additional fields to the Location Table - XDIM and YDIM. These are the dimensions of the pallet position/location. If empty or 0, will assume a size of 4'x4'.

4/1/10 Added alternate language descriptions for Type of Work, Activities and Elements for display on the Kiosk entry screen.  This more easily allows a work force with different native languages to enter their own activities.
6/8/10Added an Update... button to the Activity Table. This allows an Administrator to upload updated Standards to the Activities. The format of the update file is the same as the Validation Files for Standards.
9/10/10Added several additional commands to the Data Collection script to assist in pre-processing WMS files:  F-GATHER, F-MOVE, F-DELOLD, F-RENAME, F-SORT, EXIT
1/14/11 Added addtional command line switches for launching ProRep in Kiosk mode: /KIOSK, /KIOSKGROUP, /KIOSKSELF.
1/28/11Users can now change their own passwords.
2/9/11Now handling time fields without delimiters and leading zeros e.g. 93021 for 09:30:21 in the Data Collection script. Only use HHHHHH as picstring in the script, the MM and SS picstrings must be blank.
