ProRep is a Microsoft Windows based productivity measurement and reporting system. It provides information about the performance, productivity and quality of individuals, work groups and processes. It presents current operational results and comparisons to past history.
ProRep calculates the performance of individuals and teams based on the results of each task that is performed. Daily performance, productivity and quality results are kept by activity for several years. Pre-defined and user-defined reports and graphs can be produced that cover any period of time such as a day, week, month or year.
Several methods are provided for getting daily production data into ProRep. This includes importing data from other computer systems like time & attendance, pick-to-light and RF based warehouse management systems.
ProRep’s Incentive Pay module supports the two popular methods of rewarding associates for meeting and exceeding performance goals. The bonus per hour plan increases an associate’s hourly pay rate by the amount specified on a performance scale. The gain sharing plan determines the monetary value of the work performed above the performance goal and distributes a share to the associate based on a performance scale.
The Performance Policy Administration module automates the enforcement and administration of minimum levels of performance and quality based on length of employment. Personalized notifications and warnings are automatically printed.
ProRep's XYZ Travel Time Calculation Module supports distance based work standards. This module uses a facility map with XYZ coordinates to calculate standard travel times based on the optimum travel path and actual equipment used. The result is more accurate measurement of associate performance in operations where travel is a significant portion of the work day.
