The software license fees for ProRep and it’s optional modules are based on the maximum number of people that can be entered into ProRep’s associate table. The license is a multi-user site license for a single location. In addition to the software, a printed user’s guide and an interactive on-screen tutorial are provided.

Software support and update service is provided at no additional cost for the first year. This service includes software operational support and problem resolution. It also includes updated versions of the software as revisions are made and new features are added. After the first year, the annual fee for software support and update service is 15% of the current license fee.
